This Summer, the Chateau of Azay-le-Rideau presents a sound and light show, “Fantastic Nights”, in the 19th-century landscaped garden. This night-time show will take you through a unique and dreamlike visit on the theme of the Renaissance, and more specifically on the spirit of invention and discovery of the era and its worldwide impact.
The graphic designers of Explore Studio will take you through a virtual journey in the “new worlds” of the Renaissance ; lit-up groves, misty theatre, mystery of the reflecting pool, stone memories… The chateau will thus relive the Renaissance and the wonderful nights of entertainment in the Loire Valley.

• 45 minutes: stroll around the grounds to discover 4 fantasy worlds
• 15 minutes: show on the chateau’s facade
